Case(s) in point: it’s Fox Mulder’s apartment number and the number of Buzz Lightyear’s spaceship, offhand. It’s either A) a random coincidence, B) really is the number of life, the universe and everything, or C) a geek’s code for Douglas Adams fandom.
I’m going with C. Although B would be phenomenal.
