Ah. It’s snowing in Minneapolis. I went out for an early dinner with mom and tonight I had decided to cuddle into blankets and read a book.

But I changed my mind. It’s snowing out (or it was when last I checked) so I think it’s time to decorate for the holidays.

I’m back. The tree is up, the lights are out (well, some of them), the candles are lit and all of the table runners that my Grandma made for me are unfurled.

Bert and Ernie have their special place on my tree, as does Wonder Woman and the disco ball. I tried to snap a shot of it but my cellphone camera sucks. So you’ll just have to imagine.

Anyway, feeling pretty peaceful. We’ll see if that changes after I try to unearth my car tomorrow.
